Ate there last night for the first time. Building is nice...restored old barn. Server was fantastic. Food was just meh.
Meals come with rolls and salad served family style. The rolls were your typical dinner roll. Salad was from a bag and dressed with dijon vinagrette.
I ordered a NY Strip and bacon wrapped scallops. The Strip was tender and good, but slightly over done....I ordered medium and it came more medium-well. The scallops were also tasty but the bacon needed to be more well done...not crispy at all. I choose mixed veggies as my side. I don't love butter on my veggies, but they were tasty and well cooked.
My DH got a buffalo steak. It was cooked perfectly and very tender, although it did have a lot of fat around the edges. He got sirloin stuffing as his side. It was different but good.
We did not get dessert.
Overall, it was okay. I would go back if someone asked me to go with them, but I would never initiate a visit.
