Silit Professional Fry Pan

dutseal | Jun 8, 201909:09 AM     15

I bought this Silit Fry Pan, have used butter to cook eggs on medium heat--and the eggs still stick. What am I doing wrong? I have never used more than medium heat, I usually put the butter on the cold pan, turn on heat, wait till all butter melts, and pour the eggs. Cook on low to medium heat.

Also, I don't know if anyone has experienced this, after rinsing my pan, I usually put the pan without oil or butter or anything on the burner on the lowest heat, and I smell a chemical smell. Almost like a plastic smell. Am I not allowed to dry it even with low heat?

Thanks in advance.
