Sietsema's stupidly written review of Ushi Wakamaru

This guy is a food critic or a failed clown?...on one hand, i like Ushi Wakamaru a lot, and i'm happy to see it get positive words in the Voice...on the other hand, his review reads like something written for high school students in some rural landlocked region who have never tried sushi (stupid puns making fun of the names "horse mackeral"??)...he also starts by saying UshiWakamaru is "all but unpronouncable" (uhhh, maybe to the Sietsema, but some of us can read, and it is perfectly phonetic -- certainly more so than the reviewer's own last name)...and he says it's "every bit as good as Hasaki and Tomoe": i think most people w/ even a vague appreciation of sushi would realize that the fish at Ushi Wakamaru is quite a bit superior to either of those places...the Voice could do a lot better...
