Side/appetizer for Morrocan Stew

I've made up a great Morrocan couscous dish (based on what we ate in a Morrocan restaurant in Paris), but I'm always at a loss for what to serve with it. The main dish is couscous, tons of veggies (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, etc) and three kinds of meat (beef, lamb, chicken). What should I serve on the side or as an appetizer? Was thinking tomato or lentil soup before. What do you think? Thanks!
