Sick from MSG

G'day all, Hoping for some expert foodie advice...
Last week, I had lunch at the food court of a local shopping mall. The Indian food looked especially appealing, so I indulged.
Within two or three hours, I was dreadfully ill. Headache, shakes, dizzy, cold sweats, nausea, etc. Sparing the awful details, I was sick enough to burst blood vessels in my eyes (pretty, huh?). Two days later when I was able to get out of bed, I went to the doctor. He believes that I had a bad reaction to MSG.
Interestingly enough, there was a sign at the counter of the food stand which loudly and proudly declared "We do not use MSG!".
I am inclined to go back and tell them of my reaction and drs diagnosis...perhaps sparing someone else the possibility of a more serious reaction.
Do I have a right to? If you got sick from a restaurant's food, would you let them know???
Appreciate your opinion.
