There's a Sichuan speciality called Spicy Beef with Bao Bing. The beef is made with black beans (Woo Dow) and lots of chile and you package it up in an ultra-thin Chinese crepe/pancake (Bao Bing or Pao Ping) that is aparently nothing but flour and water. I cannot find it where I live (last known sighting was in Honolulu, and it was rare there). I plan to be in the City end of Sept/first of Oct and was hoping for a lead locating it anywhere in any borough. Failing that, I would very much appreciate any good leads on really funky home-style Chinese of any discription. Thanks.
