Having been alerted to the availability of Sichuan peppercorns again, I sprinted off to Ranch 99 and bought a bunch.
OK. I love these little critters at China Village in Albany, CA. But. What do I do with them at home?
Any/all ideas are very appreciated.
BTW, tonight, I made Kung Pao chicken using a recipe I got off of Chowhound. But that's where it ends.
