Siagon Resturant at CityCenter,Oakland

Gatun | Jan 3, 200203:42 PM     6

After reading the posts on Vi's Resturant in Oakland, I was dying to try the duck and noodle soup. However, they were closed and I was determined to keep my New Years resolution to try one new place for lunch each week. I ended up at the Siagon Resturant outside the city hall. Had the beef pho with rice noodles. It came with a healthy bunch of cilatro, green chiles, bean sprouts, and two huge bunches of basil. It was very tasty and I could only finish about 1/2 of it It came to 6.44 with tax.

Has anyone eaten here, had good or bad experinences?
