Shuseki in Las Vegas Chinatown

Went to Shuseki, a Japanese restaurant in the 5115 Spring Mountain strip mall (the one with Hue Thai) one night earlier this week, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had some yellowtail with yuzu and chili that was excellent, and agedashi tofu I enjoyed very much. I had the Shuseki ramen, which was a pretty straightforward ramen dish with vegetables and (I believe) ground pork. As I said, pretty straightforward, but excellent nonetheless. Companions said they enjoyed their vegetable udon and another noodle dish which I can't remember at the moment.

My reaction is to compare Shuseki to Togoshi Ramen... and I thought it was better in most every way. It's been a while since I've been to Togoshi, but I believe Shuseki's prices were comparable, if not better, and Shuseki provides a much nicer environment and ambiance.
