Shunji dinner, recent, it's a list, too lazy to compose a whole write-up.

I think I'm missing maybe up to 4 sushi pieces that I can't quite remember.
Cooked/non-sushi plates:

Baby eels in vinegar.

Shirako custard with the jelly sauce.

Various mushroom with potato porridge.

White truffle with buckwheat and pumpkin.

Firefly squid with soybean paste.

Bamboo shoots with cherrystone clam sauce and topped with uni.

Dashi tomato (one of my favorites as always)

Fried Oyster on ice.

appetizer plate: persimmon with whipped tofu and sesame; braised octopus with gingko nuts, shad with shad roe, conch in the shell with its liver, ankimo mousse with caviar, and bleu cheese balls with dried fruit.




Marinated red ocean trout.



kimasu (barracuda)

hokkaido uni

crab with crab butter, or tomalley (kagani ???)

Large shrimp (special name for this larger shrimp ???????)

fried shrimp head.

scallop sushi.

scallop lining with cucumber cut roll.



Chocolate mousse, and two pieces of bleu cheese balls as my proverbial cheese course.

and no i didn't have no tamago.
