Does this place serve Certified Angus Beef ® or Certified Angus Beef ® brand Prime?
Per the Certified Angus Beef website (linked below), "Certified Angus Beef ® cuts of beef grade as USDA Prime and the top 35 percent* of USDA Choice..." while "Certified Angus Beef ® brand Prime is the most consistently pleasing U.S. beef available. In fact, less than 1 percent of beef is good enough to meet our stringent qualifications. To be branded as Certified Angus Beef ® brand Prime, beef must meet additional specifications not required of regular USDA Prime."
This would be a very significant distinction to me before I go here.
Also, if anyone has tried Shula's bone-in Cowboy Rib-Eye, I'd appreciate feedback.
