Shrove Tuesday - how did it go?

Thanks ChrisVR for enlightening us. This is what we did for dinner:

crepes with a multitude of filling choices:
spinach in a creamy smoked gouda sauce
sauteed chicken
broccoli and garlic
sauteed green beans
choice of blue cheese sauce or garlic/shallot cream sauce

Dessert (two hours later after we layed on the couch and moaned):
homemade vanilla ice cream (which I have oddly discovered is MUCH better made from fat-free half and half than it is from regular - more air gets into it and it's creamier and lighter)
crepes with nutella and berries
crepes with sauteed bananas and praline sauce

Anyone else?
