I am planning a shrimp cocktail for a party this weekend. They are giant and frozen. (Shelled) Can I bake rather than boil and then chill? If not how do you do yours? And if I have to do stovetop, do I drop them into boiling water or boil water and turn down to a simmer? And do I have to add lemon and salt? Mother insists but I am serving lemon wedges and shrimp is pretty high in sodium. Thanks!
