Shrimp Wonton at Daimo in Sacramento

Just returned from Daimo where a Chinese friend took me for lunch. We had shrimp wonton soup -- actually she had half rice noodles due to the immense size of the wontons. Each dumpling was generously filled with at least 4 pieces of extremely fresh and flavorful shrimp, along with a little (very little) ground pork in a few of them. I counted 7 wontons in my bowl. Absolutely delicious! The broth wasn't overly flavorful, though. My friend says that the Chinese from South Sacramento are regulars here for this soup. A very good bargain too at $4.75 a bowl.
