Shredded Duck Meat for Pasta Sauce?

I have some duck meat left over from a roast duck and was thinking of trying to make some sort of pasta sauce with it for tonight. Some of the meat - particularly the leg meat - seems a bit dry though - one thought I had is to poach it in the left over duck fat ....

Any ideas of what else to put together for the sauce? I have a bunch of nicoise olives too ....
