I had an ongoing ignition issue with my 3 y/o Weber Genesis propane grill. I finally reached my boiling point of frustration and contacted Weber customer service yesterday. After insisting on talking to a supervisor and then a second supervisor I got a call back from the person who trains the trainers. She resolved my problem (I think). All the people I spoke to were friendly, courteous and professional and left me with the feeling that they all really wanted to see my problem resolved. The trainer was getting ready to send a tech to my house (although they tell you they can't do that) if we couldn't resolve the issue on the phone. I researched this grill purchase thoroughly and almost bought a comparable Napoleon. I bought the Genesis because I've had Weber grills before and they last a long time and have good customer service. Kudos to them for caring about their customers, rare these days. Bravo Weber!
