Last shot at LA sushi: Mori or Nishimura?

LA has been a little dissappointing for me in terms of sushi. I love sushi and want to have at least one perfect sushi restaurant to go to in every city. In New York, I loved Sushi Yasuda and Sushi of Gari.

In LA however, I was massively saddened by Sasabune. R-23 was good but the sushi selection was limited. Various other shots at J-town sushi restaurants has left me disillusioned and ready to give up on sushi in LA.

Sushi Yasuda represents the best sushi I've ever had...30-40 different types of fish, 20-30 flown in from Japan daily, 5 grades of toro, 5 grades of fatty yellowtail, lightly fried blowfish, junmai daiginjo sake...average cost per person at Yasuda was $150/person but well worth the splurge.

Between Mori Sushi and Nishimura, which restaurant has the best chance of offering me a Yasuda-esque experience?

Please help me renew my faith in LA sushi.
