First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who takes the time to respond to posts -- I never have anything to contribute, so please know how much I appreciate you.
I am NOT a baker. But recently I saw some shortbread pans and they're so pretty, I'm considering one. (And since they sell shortbread mix, maybe I can pull this off).
A few questions though:
The photos show very cleanly sliced shortbread wedges. Do you have to slice the cookie while it is still warm to make that happen?
Can these pans be used for anything else? They're beautiful, but I am wondering if it's something that will just sit on my shelf, only to be used once a year.
