SHORT PUMP? Or Richmond for one night?

erica | Apr 26, 202008:44 AM     3

FINALLY coming north this week. Booked Hilton inn Short Pump mainly due to location near (one of) Peter Chang and Viet places? Worth the short detour off 95? And if so, where do go for take out closest to hotel? Or did I make error and book the wrong pace? Fist stop after leaving South Florida will be Richmond Hill, Ga Hilton-related hotel. Then, hopefully, take out at McCabes for lunch in Manning, SC, and then north to Richmond. (Is that on JB's train route??)

Help needed... hate this drive especially now that driver insists on taking shortest way back to NYC. But food always wins out... makes something to look forward to...

SteveR... here's hoping you both are safe-- ...looking a you as you know Richmond whee I;'e been once in my teens when we changed trains to go to Miami and spen afternoon watching KINGS OF THE SUN or some such cbockbuster (joke!) about Aztecs as I recall... gorgeous theatre, surely trashed by now... Second time some photo shoot in Fan District... back in mid-80s... NO interest in craft or any other beer..just good ethnic food.
