There needs to be more shochu available in the United States. It seems we mostly get imojoshu, with the occasional mugi and kome varieties. My personal favorite at the moment is Kokutou, particularly Rento from Amamioshima, which I have not been able to find at all here. Does anyone know the laws regarding shochu imports, or if there are any online sellers that have a wide variety?
