Now that I finally got going and bought a jug of lovely sherry wine vinegar, all the recipes and references I once saw for this ingredient have disappeared. Yeah, of course I know, or suppose, that I can toss it into salad dressing or anything in place of balsamic--or maybe any other vinegar--but I seek Hound Recommendations for really scrumptious uses for my new SWV.
