Shenyang in El Monte

This is one of those Chinese restaurants that has 10,000 things on the menu. So if you have a mediocre meal like I did, you have no idea if the whole menu is weak or just the stuff you ordered.

Had lamb soup with snow vegetable and sliced dough noodles, and a rou bing (meat pancake?). Problem with both was the dough. Totally flabby. Closer to liquid than solid. Better sliced dough noodles at China Islamic, better rou bing at the place in Deerfield Plaza.
