I made some fish stock last sunday, and put it in the fridge planning to make fish chowder out of it. Well i didn't get around to making the chowder, so i put it in the freezer yesterday (exactly 7 days later). My hunch is that it is still ok, and can use it when i thaw it out. However, i;m having some second thoughts.
Anyway, i thought i;d run it up the flagpole, and see what everyone thinks. Is it ok, or did i wait too long?
