I recently made sheftalia having seen it done on tv in the UK (Minced pork, onion, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, seasoning) and was a little disappointed by its blandness, so I'd be grateful for any ideas please. Maybe lamb/pork 50/50? Thanks.
