Sheet Pan meals/chicken

rhondaliz | Apr 17, 201806:12 PM     7

I have jumped on the sheet pan meals trend. This is probably a dumb question but how do you cook raw chicken on the same pan as the veggies and not get the cooked chicken juice all over your veggies that are supposed to be roasted. I see all these inspiring Pinterest photos where everything is beautifully roasted but there’s no residual juice and it’s not addressed in any of the recipes. It’s kinda driving me nuts. Are they cheating? Any tips?
