Sheep's milk butter

thought I'd post another while I'm at it...

Thalassa is pricey (and my favorite pricey Greek seafood place in Manhattan is Milos), but it's the only Greek restaurant I've seen that serves luscious, tasty sheep's milk butter with the bread. The butter is so delicious it almost tastes like feta. It's also used to saute Maine diver scallops in an appetizer.

now if only they'd serve loukomathes...
