I just picked up some shark filet and need some help finding a simple recipe. Epicurious had very few and many required grilling.
Guess that's why the fishmonger suggested grilling but my apt building seems to frown on open flames. Oh and the more basic the ingredients (garlic, paprika, onion, old bay, thyme, etc), the better as it's 90 plus degrees here and I'd rather not have to make another trip to the store.
