Who's doing it? I'm looking for something more than the token XLB and green onion pancake. I'm taking about the youtiao (puffy chinese dough), sweet/savory soy milk with all the fixings, tofu flower, and sticky rice ball. Off the top of my head, I can think of few like
SDK (slipping for years and overrated)
KOD (crowded)
Dumpling kitchen (surprisingly crowded)
Tastes of Formosa
Rice Valley (out of the way)
Little Peking (any good?)
Anyone knows anybody else that does this? I'm thinking maybe:
Bund Shanghai
Old Shanghai
Taiwan
China North Dumpling
I'm about to try Five Happinese and hoping it's a hidden gem. Maybe there are others on Clement or Chinatown that people want to share.
