Had dinner at Shangai restaurant in Sparks on Thursday night.
Below average food (e.g., broccoli in a stir fry dish was cold)
Service was pretty much available only if you almost tackled a waiter as they walked by
We ordered potstickers, which got delivered quickly (in less than five minutes, so they were clearly just reheated - it takes longer than that to cook good potstickers). The wrapping was doughy and tough.
Shrimp and walnuts in "secret" sauce should have remained a secret...
Not a lot of really good Chinese restaurants in the Reno area, but all of them were better than our experience here.
