Shanghai Kitchen just opened in Milpitas. Here are the photos for the shen jen bao (pan fried pork buns), XLB (xiao long bao, which they call "nanxiang steamed juicy pork buns"), etc:
2/5: I don't recommend the shen jen bao. It's doughy and mushy. The quality of the soup and pork is ok.
3.5/5: The XLB is ok; it looks like they probably use the same pork and soup as the shen jen bao. The wrappers have a really good al dente snap. They could use more soup in each one.
