This month the Four Seasons is offering an all-you-can eat dim-sum for RMB 88 which is a really good deal (in my oh-so humble opinion). One piece was particularly incredible golden something or other described as steamed cod fish dumplings. Fantastic. The morsels of cod were like little bits of butter nestled against fresh Chinese broccoli all steamed in a wonderful little skin.
Other highlights were a dumpling soup, and fried condensed milk sticks. Oh, and some deep fried mushrooms that were a little spicy!
Plus they have a great tropical fish tank!
