solid soup dumplings, very thin wrapper and good scallion beef roll. Tender meat, the scallion roll a little underdone for my taste but it was the height of lunch hour and there was a line out the door. Bayard has undergone tremendous food changes, particularly from Mulberry to Elizabeth.
