Shanghai assistance needed

BRB | Mar 9, 201508:50 AM

Hi,

I'm all set with street food & dumplings (mostly XLB & SJB) but I would like some assistance with dinner. We will have 4 nights in Shanghai. We're thinking of:

FU 1015
Jesse
Lost Heaven
Sushi Oyama

I have also considered Jian Guo 328, but we're leaning towards the above 4 restaurants. To give you an idea, we'll also be in Beijing (so we'll have Peking Duck there) and Chengdu (Xian and Yanshuo as well).

If there's a best of a best Chinese cuisine (Cantonese, Hunan, etc.) in Shanghai, we'd certainly be interested in that (okay, dim sum too). And we love sushi so we're looking for the absolute best nigiri (but if there is not a great sushi restaurant, we'd prefer to stick with Chinese). Also, we're willing to consider (and eat) anything -- it doesn't have to cater to foreigners.

Thanks in advance for your help.
