The soup was made yesterday and was strained and is now in the fridge.The beef was cooked with a dry rub of spices and with an overlay of beef fry. I sliced it last night and it is living in the fridge. The plum crumble and the vegetables (one pan of onions zukes and red peppers the other pan of onions and eggplant al with olive oil, balsamic sea salt and herbe de provence)are in the oven ( all produce is from the farmers market). I will cook the chicken later in the afternoon so it won't have to go into the over loaded fridge...

Shnat shamom v'shalvah - shnat osher v'kavod...
