I am starting to dig Thai Paradise. So far I've had their Tom Ka Kai soup (coconut milk, chicken, mushrooms, etc), Shrimp Cakes, Seafood Pad Thai, and their complimentary red bean rice pudding dessert (the perfect finishing touch to my meal). To me.... all decent dishes. I always add chili to what I eat so nothing felt too bland for me.... I'm sure people will say this place is just so-so but I haven't seen anyone write about it so I figured I'd chime in. I like how comfortable I feel there. The service is attentive without being overbearing. Servers, without fail, say "excuse me" before putting anything on the table... how polite is that!? And it always seems empty to me. Maybe business isn't doing so well? I'm not sure.
