SFO to North Bay via 19th

I make this trek at least once almost every week... and have to not been able to find anything notable to eat. Last week I tried hitting the Taqueria Grullense in San Bruno on my way home... only to find that its now a Faux-Hacienda style Fresh Choice.

Here are my criteria:

> Breakfast Places open Early (prior to 7 AM), and Dinner places open Late (after 10 PM)
> Any Cuisine or Concept is Welcome as long as it surpasses the Chowworthy barometer
> It has to be convinient to the route (including relatively easy parking & directions etc.,)

While any concept is appreciated, I should note the following:

> I haven't had a proper Fried Egg sandwich in years (Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Fried Eggs) and have really been craving one.

> When I am back from long trips, specially East I am usually craving foods that are easily identiafiable with their plant sources (i.e., I want some Fruit, Veggies & Legumes! to detox from the Meat & Starch diets back East)
