Whoa, 2015 is just around the corner and we'll have 12 new monthly dishes to try out. Let's start it off with a bang-- what have you been wanting to hear reports about?

Dish of the Month is an activity where we collectively try as many versions of a dish as possible, reporting back with details and photos. Now is your opportunity to vote on or nominate the January dish. Feel free to include a sales pitch with any nominations!
