Let's all enjoy Shabu for the month of April! I'll start with my favorite place to eat it: Nabe. It is located in 9th avenue and Irving in the sunset. I love their kimchi broth, it's spicy and not too heavy. At the end of the meal they make zosui by mixing rice with the broth leftovers.
