In L.A. you can order a smoked turkey, a deep fried turkey, a barbecue turkey. Does Oakland offer these specialities?
What about ham? Are there any local hogs farms that I should know about?
Restuarnts maybe? Does Zuni make a custom turkey that you can't order until you are seated. "That'll be 4 hours, sir."
