SF Thai BBQ-since 1982

After the Love Parade and dancing in the street, we were hungry and in search of sustenance. SF Thai BBQ was our destination and it is just as satisfying as ever - at 1328-18th Street between Texas & Missouri, just down the street from Baraka, Chez Papa and Chez Maman, and across the street from Hazel's. Walk in the door, past the kitchen and 'round the corner to the tables.
How comforting it is: $2.50 for a cup of the Seafood Soup; $7.25 for the BBQ Duck plate with slices of boneless duck, fresh sauteed vegetables and egg noodles; $7.50 for the BBQ Pork Spareribs, 6 small meaty ribs with carrot-peanut slaw, and sweet rice. $9.50 for the Tiger Prawns. A good value and nothing's complicated about this tasty, hearty plain cookery. Gotta love it.
