SF dinner - 1 vegetarian & the rest of us omnivores

Cathy C | May 5, 200304:55 PM     4

Can you recommend a good restaurant in SF to take out of town guests on a Saturday night that:

1) has a good vegetarian selection but also offers seafood/meat for the rest of us,

2) is located in a neighborhood where it would be fun for relatively conservative out-of-towners to walk around after dinner (e.g., No. Beach, Noe Valley, Chinatown, etc. but not the mission or the tenderloin),

3) moderately priced ($20 - $30 per person),

4) nice atmosphere,

5) open to various cuisines but partial to mediterannean/italian/french

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
