Seville or Sour Oranges

obillo | Aug 11, 2017 07:00 PM

They make great marmalade. Arabs brought it to Arabia from Southeast Asia and then, durig the Conquest, established it in and around Seville. Thus it also has Spanish names: naranja ácida, naranja agria, or naranja amarga. If it can be found in New York City, I'd be grateful to lean where and when.
