Setting up a kitchen, any recommendations?

I’m newer to cooking but am setting up my kitchen. I try to get quality as much as possible and as budget allows. So far I have a set of Calphalon triply cookware, a set of Zwillig/Henkel knives and various random bits and pieces (spatulas ladels etc..). Im planning on getting a Vitamix and a slow cooker as well. Do you guys have any favorite appliances/tools i should think about next? Anything you can’t live without? I cook mostly Paleo (lean meats, fruits, veggies...), Thanks everyone.
