I'm having some relatives over, and plan to serve duck. I have a whole duck (2.4 kg) in my freezer, in addition to a two duck legs (around 700 g total, I think) and some duck breasts (around 350 g per breast). Would one whole duck + the two legs be enough to serve 4 persons as a main course? I'm planning to serve the duck with chinese pancakes, cucumbers and hoisin sauce.
BTW I suppose I can roast the legs together with the whole duck, right? Or will I have to cook them separately?
