I finally checked out the Zuni Cafe cookbook, and I'm looking forward to preparing the roast chicken and bread salad this weekend. I've combed through most of the posts on this board, but I haven't been able to find any information about what others have served with the chicken. Perhaps it's so divine that it needs no accompaniment? I think I will increase the amount of greens in the bread salad, but I'd like to have something--either an appetizer or a side dish--that showcases a summery vegetable. Any ideas?
Also, suggestions for a simple dessert would be appreciate, as well. Usually I have lots of ideas for this sort of thing, but my creativity is on the fritz at the moment. TIA!
