What to serve with seared scallops and wilted dandelion greens

The dandelion greens are coming in my farmer's box, as well as corn, parsley, carrots and red jalapenos. I'll keep the scallops simple and saute the greens with shallots and garlic. Trying to figure out what else to serve. Perhaps corn cakes with the fresh corn mixed in? Any other thoughts would be great. Thanks in advance!
