I haven't posted on Chow in a long time but I do pop in and out to read a lot. We're cooking hot wings for an informal dinner with friends tomorrow (Saturday) night. I'm thinking of doing an American themed menu - perhaps some really good potato skins, a slaw of some kind, the wings....and there ends my inspiration! Any suggestions for sides or additions you usually serve would be gratefully accepted!
PS- We are based in Ireland but I grew up in Connecticut and latterly KY so I might not be able to get exactly the same ingredients but I can probably make a fair substitution.
