Group of us went to the new Serranos Salsa Company in Clearview last night. Wish I could give glowing remarks but the general opinion was a grade in the C- range. First and biggest problem was the 90 minute wait! The food was acceptable; side dishes comparable to Cuco's. A couple of items came out cold and had to be sent back. But to their credit, they had a number of dishes with crawfish as an option and the crabmeat and bacon quesadias were a nice find and quite good.
I'll give them a second shot when the crowds die down and hopefully have a better experience.
Anyone else been?
