Sep. 2016: Recommendations for clean Cantonese seafood wok-hay in Vancouver?

My pescetarian (all except meat) grandparents have not been able to find, in Vancouver, destinations for Cantonese seafood wok-hay that:

1. need not be a formal restaurant (which likely charges more), but can be homier, more informal as in 小炒 (please tell me if you know the English translation!).
2. is very clean and comfortable. They are not seeking any fancy or pompous ambience or décor, but just somewhere sanitary and immaculate.

3. They have already tried, but reject and detest: Dynasty (dirty and stink outside restaurant), Sun Sui Wah's 2 locations (too dirty), Chang’An (nobody was in the restaurant when they visited).

4. For dim sum, they frequent : Kirin Downtown (but they detest all the other 3 branches), Chef Tony Seafood.

Yes, I know that they are selective, but I am trying to respect their wishes. Thank you!
