Where to send a pork belly to be smoked for bacon?

Hi, we are buying a half pig from Baron's Meats on Church St. in San Francisco. Unfortunately, they don't offer smoking services, so are going to have a pork belly that we would prefer to have smoked. I've read there are smoking services in some areas - does anyone know of a place that would smoke a pork belly? I called 4505 but they do not do this. Thanks!
